At Cosmos Tourama we know how important your holiday is to you. That’s why we make sure that every aspect is carefully planned and organised, right down to the last detail, ensuring you can relax and concentrate on enjoying yourself.

Quality Coaches

We use only modern air-conditioned coaches that offer high standards of comfort and reliability. To ensure everyone enjoys a variety of views, we operate a daily seat rotation system on all of our tours of Europe, North Africa and America. We also have a ‘no smoking’ policy on board, with frequent comfort stops for those who wish to smoke. On selected Far Away tours, private cars or mini coaches may be used, as detailed in tour descriptions. On safaris the vehicles used are designed to have opening roofs to gain the best game viewing and will, therefore, not have air-conditioning.

Your Tour Director

On all our coach touring holidays, you will be accompanied by an experienced Tour Director, who is there to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible and to help you get the most from your holiday. Carefully selected, all Tour Directors are highly trained and combine thorough local knowledge with a friendly personality. They do not drive the coaches and there is no multi-lingual commentary to detract from your touring experience.

Carefully Selected Hotels

At Cosmos Tourama we believe a hotel is much more than a bed for the night. It’s an important factor in the success of your holiday. That’s why all our featured hotels are carefully selected to provide not only value for money, but also consistently good standards of comfort and facilities.

Included Sightseeing

Unlike some of our competitors, we include many exciting sightseeing excursions, some with expert or specialist local guides in our tour prices. Take a look at the holiday pages to see what’s included. We also offer a range of great value optional excursions.

In-resort Service

In all our resorts, you will be met and escorted to your chosen accommodation by a trained representative or experienced local agent, who will also be on hand to make sure you get the most from your holiday, offering valuable information and advice throughout your stay.

Luggage Service

For the majority of touring holidays, porterage at en-route hotels is included in the price, so your luggage will be transferred to and from your room. Please refer to the ‘included in the price’ section on each holiday page.

Eating In Or Dining Out

In North America and Australasia, we find that most people prefer the freedom and flexibility to dine out as they choose. Therefore, we have not included meals in most of our North American tours. On many of our European and Far Away tours, we have included some meals, but have also planned holidays to allow you to experience some of the local restaurants. See the holiday pages for details.
