Precipitous gorges, snow-capped mountain ranges and lakes of exquisite colour come into view as the coach scales two mountain passes. A highlight of today is a stop at the Columbia Icefield for a snowcoach ride over the 1,200-foot-thick Athabasca Glacier. This afternoon join an optional raft trip down the historic Athabasca River. Your accommodation for the next two nights is in Jasper National Park.
